You really can independently cook at home a delicious ice cream from natural ingredients to feast on itself or treat children. Conditionally it is possible to distinguish three types of ice cream by the way of preparation: fruit ice cream, milk-fruit ice cream or refreshing drinks.

  • The first way is ice cream with fruits, which will refresh perfectly during the heat in the summer, because they contain a lot of water and a pleasant sweet taste. For example, ice cream from watermelon, peach, strawberry, lemon etc. is very tasty. Or, if desired, you can prepare a multifruit ice cream based on a mixture of different ingredients (for example, melons, pears and apples or cherries and orange). To do this, you will need to cut the fruit, add ice and mix everything in the blender: just a few minutes - and the delicious natural cold dessert is ready! Remember that: the less flavor additives in ice cream, the more it is natural and healthy.

  • The following recipe for ice cream is the most popular, because ice cream in this case is very similar in consistence to what we are used to seeing in shop windows. The basis is taken milk and yogurt, which gives the ice cream a thick consistency. It is very convenient, because milk is always in almost every refrigerator. If desired, you can add an egg, as well as any fruit to taste. Especially in this case, the so-called "fleshy" fruit: banana, peach, apricot, pineapple, etc. are suitable.

Recipe for fruit ice from kiwi

Ingredients
200 g of kiwi pulp
100 ml of water
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 pack of tasteless gelatin
