Application in medicine

Coriander grains are part of cholagogue tea, have a good therapeutic effect in flatulence. Effective in the treatment of hemorrhoids, in pharmacology they are added to antihemorrhoids.   • soy sauce 50 ml,

Preparation:

  • Cucumbers to wash and dry,
  • cut each cucumber along into two equal parts,
  • remove the flesh (resulting in a kind of "boat"),
  • turn the cucumbers skinned up,
  • cut into thin plates and put into a plate,
  • sweet Bulgarian pepper to peel, cut into small cubes, add to cucumbers,
  • bunch of cilantro finely chopped, add to cucumbers and sweet peppers,

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes - 1 pc.,
  • cucumbers - 2 pcs.,
  • sweet Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.,
  • coriander - 1 bundle,
  • parsley - 1 bunch,
  • basil - 2 branches,
  • unsweetened yoghurt - 1 tbsp. l.,
  • flax seeds, h. l.

Preparation: wash tomatoes, cut into small pieces, peel the sweet pepper from seeds and partitions, cut into thin strips, wash cucumbers and clean, cut into strips. Green coriander, parsley, basil finely chopped, lightly wrinkled with hands to isolate the juice. Put everything in a salad bowl, add salt to taste, add yogurt, mix. If desired, you can add flax seeds, they have a beneficial effect on the process of digestion. Serve with whole wheat loaves. Caloric content ~ 40 kcal per 100 g of product.

  1. Ginger sauce with cilantro.

Ingredients:

  • coriander - 1 bundle,
  • marinated ginger - 1 tbsp. l.,
  • olive oil - 6 tbsp. l.,
  • soy sauce - 1 hour. l.,
  • rice vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.,
  • salt to taste.

Preparation:

Currently, only essential oil of coriander, if misused, is considered harmful for health of people suffering from myocardial diseases, ischemic disease, thrombophlebitis, sugar diabetes. It is not recommended to use essential oil for pregnant women.

It is strictly forbidden to use the essential oil of coriander for ingestion. Cilantro in raw form should be consumed in small amounts with gastritis with high acidity, ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, ulcerative colitis.
